What we did on Friday

Hi Everyone!

We took the morning off work on Friday morning to go to a Friends of the Library event at Wellesley. Madeleine Albright spoke about her new book, Prague Winter, and answered questions from the audience, and then we stood in line to have our copy signed. Bryan took a picture during the signing.
Madeleine Albright is incredibly eloquent and very funny. She told some great stories, and the depth of her knowledge is fascinating. She spoke without notes and gave very complete answers to some complicated questions from the audience. If you ever have the chance to hear her speak, I would recommend it!
